Spiritual direction with me prioritizes contemplation, silence, and deep listening. A time to slow down and notice the mystery that surrounds, holds, and grounds us. I may ask reflective questions to guide the conversation toward the heart.  I offer a non-judgmental, open, and welcoming environment to explore matters of the Spirit and hold what you share with me with compassion.
