Spiritual Direction Philosophy

It is my honor and joy to accompany spiritual seekers on their journeys.  My listening practice follows the classical tradition of the ancient (and modern) mystics of all faith traditions who believed that the path to knowing the Divine is through discovery of the s/Self, that enlightenment is within us, and that identifying our desires, attachments, motivations, and shadows will help to clear away obstacles and fears as we journey on.

With careful, caring listening, my intention is to be “a beacon of light, a vessel of love, a conduit of transformation” while guiding seekers in ways that reduce their suffering and bring clarity to their discernment process as they deepen their awareness of – and love for – themselves, others, and the Divine of each seeker’s understanding.

I welcome seekers of all traditions and spiritual orientations, including those who are spiritual but not religious and those on the path of addiction recovery.

Namaste.

******At this time, my practice is full and I’m not beginning with new directees
