Spiritual Direction is an ancient practice of spiritual companioning a person or a group of people through life’s journey. The practice allows us to listen deeply for the way we are called, cajoled, championed, and counted on to choose Love on this journey by our understanding of the Holy, ancestors, living beings, the most marginalized, and Earth itself.

The spiritual director offers the following kinds of spiritual direction services, and is available to meet in the following manners.
