Spiritual direction is a process of deep listening, reflection, and discernment to explore deep questions and each person’s spiritual journey. It is unique for each person. I’m very attuned to earth-centered spirituality, spiritual practices and labyrinth work.

Focus on Personal Exploration: UU spiritual direction emphasizes individual exploration of spiritual paths, values, beliefs, and practices.

Safe and Confidential Space: It provides a confidential and hospitable environment for sharing thoughts, questions, and doubts.

Not Dogmatic or Doctrine-Based: It’s not about imposing a specific religious framework or belief system, but rather about supporting individual exploration and growth.

The spiritual director offers the following kinds of spiritual direction services, and is available to meet in the following manners.

Session Format: In Person, Online (Zoom, Skype, etc.), Telephone

Payment Notes: I have a set fee, but happy to work on a sliding scale for those in need.
